I often wonder how things would have went if I had have gotten the P38 that was available at the same time... Since I’ve probably put more miles on the Vette, and the 4Runner has had multiple fairly expensive problems in that few miles...

Definitely not. The 4Runner probably will stay stock for a while. It pretty much exists as a dog transport. It has absolutely horrible ergonomics and is kind of a crappy place to be. The Vette stays a daily.

LS6 goes into the 4Runner
LS7 goes into the Vette
I’ve been trying to convince a fellow C5 owner to put his LS1 into a Miata or RX8 and put a LS7 in his C5, that would be cheaper than buying a C6Z

You couldn’t pay me to put the pile of shit LS7 in anything I own that I intend to drive on the road. A Texas Speed 427 though... That being said, the LS6 isn’t leaving until it blows up. If I bought a car I intended to modify mechanically , I would have gotten a base model.

Thanks... I’m still researching to check if I can get away with having non reclining seats.
